Mississippi Department of Human Services seeks a contractor to administer an at-risk youth program in multiple disadvantaged community/county sites. The programs will target youth, ages 10-15, in low-income families and provide services to prevent and reduce at-risk behaviors; thus, preventing or breaking the cycle of welfare dependence.
