OPEN MINDS, The Behavioral Health & Social Service Industry Analyst Industry News On September 14, 2006, the Indiana’s Family and Social Services Agency (FSSA) began notifying 650 individuals with developmental disabilities (DD) that they will begin receiving state services. This group will include 150 individuals needing residential and day services and 500 developmentally disabled individuals needing day services and family support.
