Modern Health, a mental health and wellness platform supporting more than 200 enterprises globally, announced it acquired the mental health startup Kip. Financial terms were not disclosed. Kip’s cofounder and chief executive officer will join Modern Health’s product development team to further expand the company’s suite of mental health solutions and analytics.

Founded in 2015, Kip connects consumers with qualified clinical professionals and provides consumers with the tools to track observations, feedback, and outcomes about their mental health journey.
