Recovery Ways, a Utah-based mental health and addiction treatment program backed by the private equity firm Chicago Pacific Founders, announced four acquisitions. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisitions are Omega Recovery, Breakthrough Recovery Group, Colonial Clinic, and Alpine Recovery. The acquisitions launch a national expansion to known as be the Recovery Ways Family of Programs.

Omega Recovery, based in Austin, Texas provides technology-based addiction and mental health treatment from its center. The company’s founder, Nicholas Kardaras, Ph.D., LCSW-R, is remaining as the program’s chief executive officer and is working with the Recovery Ways . . .
