The MENTOR Network (MENTOR), a national provider of community-based health care and support services, announced the acquisition of Sage Care Therapy Services (Sage Care). The acquisition expands MENTOR’s offerings to include home-based delivery of pediatric therapies for children up to 21 years old in North Texas and the surrounding Dallas-Fort Worth region. MENTOR’s acquisition of Sage Care was finalized as of April 26, 2021. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Dallas, Sage Care currently serves 900 young people across North Texas. Its pediatric therapy offerings include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and feeding therapy customized to each child’s unique needs. Sage Care’s multidisciplinary team – including bilingual therapists and translators – partners with families, education providers, and medical professionals to ensure individualized and nurturing experiences for children with specialty care needs.
The MENTOR Network provides home- and community-based health care for adult and children with physical, intellectual, or behavioral challenges. It serves more than 35,000 individuals across 37 states.
