AccentCare Continues To Amp Up Texas Presence With New Acquisition

Dallas, Texas-based AccentCare recently announced it has acquired Accolade Home Care and Hospice (Accolade). The purchase—AccentCare’s sixth in Texas since 2017—results in the company’s regional branch, Texas Home Health, becoming the largest home health, hospice, and personal care provider in the state. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Earlier this year, the company announced another significant purchase with its acquisition of Nurses Unlimited, a provider of personal care services, home health, and private duty nursing.
