Adventist Health Selects Emcara Health For Medicaid In-Home Primary Care For Complex Consumers

California-based Adventist Health selected Emcara Health, PopHealthCare’s value-based medical group, to deliver advanced in-home primary care for seniors and vulnerable populations. The partnership is intended to close care gaps by addressing non-medical social barriers to health for consumers with complex care needs. The services will focus on California Medicaid beneficiaries eligible for the new Enhanced Care Management benefits of California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM).
