Albright LIFE acquired SpiriTrust Life to expand its service reach in Cumberland and Franklin counties in Pennsylvania. It acquired LIFE Centers in Enola and Chambersburg. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Living Independence for the Elderly (LIFE) is a comprehensive medical and social support program that contracts with Medicare and or Medicaid to provide services that include medical care and coordination, as well as daily living, wellness, and social support. The goal is to help seniors with complex medical needs who are eligible for nursing care remain at home.
