AMN Healthcare To Acquire Stratus Video

AMN Healthcare Services, Inc., a leader in health care talent solutions and staffing services, announced a definitive agreement to acquire Stratus Video for a purchase price of $475 million. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to AMN's adjusted earnings per share.
