Arches Medical Partners Acquires 11 Primary Care Clinics In Rhode Island From Walgreens’ VillageMD
Medical group management company Arches Medical Partners (AMP);acquired 11 primary care clinics in Rhode Island previously owned by VillageMD, a unit of Walgreens. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.;
The deal includes eight office locations and three urgent care centers. The clinics are staffed by 50 primary care professionals. AMP said the acquisition establishes its presence in the Providence, Rhode Island, area.
