Arkansas Hospice Acquires First Choice Senior Care
Non-profit Arkansas Hospice acquired First Choice Senior Care (FCSC) of Little Rock, Arkansas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. FCSC provides non-medical, in-home care services. It will operate as a subsidiary of Arkansas Hospice. FCSC co-founder Kayla Bogle will join Arkansas Hospice in a managerial role over FCSC.
Arkansas Hospice was founded in 1992 to provide hospice services in central Arkansas to people in a variety of settings, including individual homes, retirement communities, assisted living care facilities, and nursing homes.
