Austin, Texas-based Accruent recently announced it is acquiring California-based health care technology company Connectiv. The financial terms and conditions of the purchase have not been disclosed.

The acquisition of Connectiv makes Accruent’s seventh in the past two years, and 17th since 1995. Accruent leadership remarked that part of their interest in Connectiv dealt with the fact its software enables management of medical devices, as well as security monitoring that identifies threats to biomedical devices within minutes.
