Baltimore To Open ‘ER For Addiction’ With State Funding
The city of Baltimore, Maryland announced on Wednesday its plans to open a new stabilization center for people battling with addiction disorder and other mental health disorders. The center will be located in an available space at the Hebrew Orphan Asylum in the city, while a pilot center will open in the nearby Tuerk House.
