Baylor Scott & White Sells 218-Bed Texas Hospital To Pipeline Health

Baylor Scott & White recently entered an agreement to sell Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-White Rock to Pipeline Health (Pipeline). The sale of the 218-bed Texas hospital is anticipated to close during the first quarter of 2018.

Baylor Scott & White Health is one of the largest nonprofit healthcare systems in Texas, with total assets of $10.8 billion. Pipeline Health is a hospital management company based in Manhattan Beach, California.
