Big Health Acquires Limbix & Its SparkRx Digital Therapeutic For Adolescent Depression

Big Health, which provides non-drug digital treatments for mental health, acquired Limbix, which provides SparkRx, an evidence-based digital therapeutic for youth and young adults with symptoms of depression. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition adds SparkRx and an adolescent anxiety product in the Limbix development pipeline to Big Health’s therapeutic portfolio, which also includes Sleepio for adults with insomnia and Daylight for anxiety.
