Birmingham Texas Firm Acquires $27 Million Austin Hospital

Birmingham, Texas-based The Sanders Trust recently acquired Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital, a $27 million Texas hospital. The two-story rehabilitation hospital is the only free-standing and licensed rehabilitation hospital in the Kyle, Texas region.

The hospital contains 40 private rooms, a pharmacy, a lab, and imaging services, and overall contains 54,500 rentable square-feet. Some of the services offered by the hospital include physical therapy, speech language pathology, occupational therapy, neuropsychology, respiratory therapy, rehabilitation nursing, and case management.
