California’s Pajaro Valley Health Care District Hospital Corporation Acquires Watsonville Community Hospital
The Pajaro Valley Health Care District Hospital Corporation in California has acquired Watsonville Community Hospital in Santa Cruz County. The new ownership positions the hospital to continue serving the community as a non-profit provider organization that will continue to serve the Pajaro Valley region. The hospital had been in Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The sale has been approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in San Jose.
