Caravan Health & Texas Hospital Association Partner As Statewide ACO

Caravan Health and the Texas Hospital Association (THA) have announced a new partnership to form Texas' first statewide Accountable Care Organization (ACO). Through the new collaborative, THA and Caravan will launch Value TX Health, a statewide clinically integrated network focused on achieving the scale and process improvements needed for hospitals and other health care providers to succeed under value-based payment models.
