The Board of Directors of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Rochester (CCDR) in New York announced plans to merge Catholic Charities Community Services (CCCS) and Catholic Family Center (CFC). The merger will be effective in January 2022. The combined agency will be called Catholic Charities Family and Community Services.

The goal is to provide consumers in the 12 counties served by the Diocese with easier access to a wider range of services and enable staff to offer more comprehensive care and treatment options in a more efficient delivery model. Key details about the merger are as follows:
