CDPHP & The Lifetime Healthcare Companies Form Affiliation   

New York health insurers CDPHP and The Lifetime Healthcare Companies agreed to form an affiliation to boost the quality, experience, and affordability of care for residents across the state. The affiliation will allow the companies to maintain their local brands while sharing technologies, systems, processes, and resources as part of one corporate family to gain economies of scale. ;

The deal is subject to regulatory approval. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. If the deal is approved, The Lifetime Healthcare Companies will be the parent company of CDPHP, alongside Excellus BCBS and Univera Healthcare.;
