Central New York Services Plans To Merge With Helio Health

Syracuse, New York-based Helio Health (Helio) and Central New York Services Inc. (CNYS) recently announced they will be merging. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed at this time.

The two organizations currently stand as two of the region’s largest non-profit behavioral health systems.  Moving forward after the merger, the new entity will operate under name - Helio Health. Until that point, there is no official date for when the merger will be official, due to the regulatory process involved. CNYS currently operates facilities across the New York counties of Binghamton, Rochester, Syracuse, and Utica . . .
