Children’s Home of York (CHOY) and Turning Point Counseling and Advocacy Center, two central Pennsylvania-based child-serving organizations, announced a formal partnership to expand trauma-informed care for children and families in York County. The announcement followed a 60-day discovery phase that included evaluations of how a coordinated approach could better meet growing community needs, according to a news report.;
