Civica Rx Welcomes New Founding Members As 12 Additional Health Systems Join Forces To Reduce Chronic Drug Shortages

Civica Rx (Civica) recently announced it is collaborating with 12 additional health systems to reduce chronic drug shortages. To date, about 750 U.S. hospitals have joined Civica in its mission to make generic medication more accessible and affordable.

The role of the organizations working with Civica is to collaborate and ensure that essential generic medicines are accessible and affordable in hospitals across the country with the expected outcome of reducing shortages that currently impact patient care. The 12 new founding members joining Civica are:
