Cleveland Clinic Launches Co-Branded Medicare Advantage Plans With Humana

Cleveland Clinic and Humana are launching two no premium Medicare advantage health plans for senior citizens. Preferred Medicare Plans will be offered by the Humana Cleveland Clinic during this year’s Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan enrollment period.

The one plan is a Medicare Advantage HMO for individuals with Medicare and the other plan is a Medicare Advantage dual-eligible special needs plan for individuals covered by both Medicare and Medicaid.
