Colorado Builder Proposes Long-Term Care Community In Mixed-Housing Community
Colorado-based housing developer Solitaire Homes recently announced it would like to make long-term care a part of its 27-acre housing project. Such plans—under the development name of Sanctuary West—had initially been announced and approved by Fort Collins officials in 2007, but were temporarily put on hold, eventually expiring in 2010.
