CommuniCare Health Centers & OLE Health To Merge, Will Form Community Health Center Network In Napa Valley Region

OLE Health in Napa Valley, California plans to merge with CommuniCare Health Centers (CCHC), which also serves the region, to create one regional non-profit community health center network. Financial terms have not been disclosed. The goal is for the merger to be legally complete by January 1, 2023.

After the merger closes, OLE Health, the legally surviving entity, will offer a broader array of high-quality primary care services for consumers at 17 locations across Napa, Solano, and Yolo counties.
