Dickinson County Healthcare System Signs Letter Of Intent With UP Health System
Dickinson County Healthcare System (DCHS) recently signed a letter of intent with UP Health System (UPHS) to evaluate the possibility of the Dickinson County system becoming part of UPHS. The agreement is non-binding, and would result in the acquisition of DCHS by UPHS.
In the following weeks, the two organizations will be exploring whether the potential purchase would be in the best interest of the two, as well as the consumers they serve.
