Mental Health Center of Denver's "Emerson St." behavioral health youth center for consumers aged 14-26 has reported an increase in youth treatment rates. Emerson St. was created as an effort to provide a comfortable, casual facility for those likely to seek and get help at Mental Health Center of Denver's main facility, which is more like a formal hospital setting, and often sees consumers much older than the Emerson St.'s clientele.
