The Ensign Group Acquires Two Arizona Skilled Nursing Facilities

The Ensign Group, Inc. acquired two Arizona-based skilled nursing facilities: Desert Blossom Health and Rehabilitation (Desert Blossom) and Pueblo Springs Rehabilitation (Pueblo Springs). The acquisition became official on September 1.

The acquisitions of Desert Blossom and Pueblo Springs bring The Ensign Group number of facilities to 229 across 14 states. The Ensign Group has expressed interest in continuing to acquire new health care related businesses, as well as lease businesses that may be struggling.
