Fairhaven Treatment Center Acquired By Refresh Mental Health

Refresh Mental Health (Refresh) recently acquired Memphis, Tennessee-based Fairhaven Treatment Center (Fairhaven). The purchase will add Fairhaven’s full continuum of care for women with eating disorders to Refresh’s various psychiatric services provided across the U.S.

Included in Refresh’s current portfolio of services are individual, couples, and group therapy; addiction disorder services; psychiatry and medication management services; eating disorder treatment; and outpatient, intensive outpatient, and in-home and residential care. Serving as the mergers and acquisitions advisor to Fairhaven throughout the acquisition process was The Braff Group.
