Finger Lakes Performing Provider System Partners With Catholic Charities Of Steuben / Livingston To Improve Health Care Access In Upstate New York

Finger Lakes Performing Provider System (FLPPS) is collaborating with Catholic Charities of Steuben / Livingston in New York state to improve health care access in the two counties. For this collaboration, Catholic Charities of Steuben / Livingston will expand its outreach and use a mobile van to provide telehealth services and screen consumers to assess need for social determinants of health such as housing, food, transportation, utilities, or personal safety.
