Geneva Healthcare Acquires Rehabworks North Limited

Geneva Healthcare, Inc. (Geneva) recently announced it has acquired Rehabworks North Limited (Rehabworks), effective as of February 1. Rehabworks provides multi-disciplinary assessment and rehabilitation services primarily in New Zealand.

Rehabworks’ sustainable business structure, quality, values, and expertise in injury recovery services were cited by Geneva as some of the main reasons for its interest in the acquisition. Additionally, Geneva anticipates that the purchase will strengthen its presence in New Zealand. Rehabworks looks forward to working with Geneva to expand its own services.
