Headspace Health Acquires Sayana Digital Wellness App

Headspace Health acquired Sayana, an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven mental health and wellness company. Financial terms were not disclosed. By adding Sayana’s technology, Headspace Health anticipates expanding its ability to provide personalized self-care content to its growing global member base. Sayana's founder and Chief Executive Officer Sergey Fayfer will join Headspace Health and take on a product leadership role, along with an experienced team of engineers and designers.
