Health Care Staffing Company Aya Healthcare To Acquire Cross Country Healthcare For $615 Million

Two health care staffing companies, Aya Healthcare and Cross Country Healthcare, signed a definitive agreement in which Aya will acquire Cross Country in a deal valued at $615 million. Completion of the transaction is expected in the first half of 2025, subject to the approval of Cross Country stockholders and the satisfaction of other customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
