Health Group Advantia Acquires Telehealth Company Pacify

Advantia Health (Advantia) recently announced it has acquired telehealth organization Pacify Health (Pacify). The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed at this time.

The purchase will combine Advantia’s physical clinical professional practices with Pacify’s virtual capabilities and care, which focus on perinatal care for new and expectant parents. Advantia believes that the combination offerings of both online and offline care models will help redefine the health care experience for women.
