HealthPRO Heritage Acquires Long-Term Care Therapy Provider Agility Health

HealthPRO Heritage (HealthPRO) recently acquired long-term care (LTC) therapy provider organization Agility Health (Agility). Agility—which is the long-term care division of Alliance Physical Therapy management—provides quality clinical services and expertise that is designed to the meet the rehabilitative care needs of the individuals it serves.

The transaction will see HealthPRO obtaining Agility’s more than 20 LTC facilities, with all 200+ of Agility’s clinical professionals expected to retain their jobs.
