Humana & Strive Health Expand Kidney Care Partnership To Three New States

Humana, Inc., and Strive Health expanded their partnership on a value-based kidney care arrangement to Illinois, Michigan, and to northwest North Carolina. The new value-based care agreement, for members of Humana’s Medicare Advantage health maintenance organization (HMO) and preferred provider organization (PPO) plans, builds on an existing Humana and Strive relationship, which began in Indiana and Kentucky in 2020.
