Indiana Regional Medical Center in Pennsylvania To Build 44-Bed Behavioral Health Center
Indiana Regional Medical Center (IRMC) in Western Pennsylvania is seeking to build a 33,000-square-foot, 44-bed behavioral health center to serve adolescents, adults, and older adults. The current IRMC inpatient psychiatric unit serves only people age 55 and older.
The new behavioral health center will be a foundational component to an eventual IRMC medical school. Construction is slated to begin this fall with anticipated completion near the end of 2023.
