Inflow, a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) based self-help app for attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), agreed to acquire tele-health clinic Lina Health. Financial terms were not disclosed. After the acquisition closes, Inflow will be able to offer users diagnoses from professional clinical psychologists, tele-coaching, and other services.

Lina was founded in early 2021. It offers tele-mental health services for adults in California, New York, Florida and North Carolina. Its proprietary technology platform supports assessment and workflow automation. Currently Lina serves nearly 1,000 members.
