Joint Venture Brings New I-SNP To Nursing Home Residents In Pennsylvania  

Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries who live in nursing homes in 12 counties in Pennsylvania will soon have access to an institutional special needs plan, or I-SNP, called American Health Advantage of Pennsylvania (AHAP). AHAP was created by a joint venture including American Health Plans, a division of American Health Partners; Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM); HCF Management; CHR Consulting Services; and Highmark Health.;
