Kelso & Company & Blue Wolf Complete Jordan Health Acquisition

Palladium Equity Partners, LLC and its affiliates, Palladium, recently announced that they have completed the sale of the parent of Jordan Health Services (Jordan) to Kelso & Company and Blue Wolf Capital Partners. The sale will result in Jordan combining with Great Lakes Caring and National Home Health Care, leading to the creation of one of the country’s largest provider organizations of home-based care.
