KVC Missouri & Great Circle Sign Letter Of Intent To Merge

Non-profit KVC Missouri and Great Circle signed a letter of intent for a potential merger. They intend for Great Circle to be restructured to come under control of KVC Missouri by July 1, 2022. Financial terms were not disclosed. Both organizations serve Missouri children and families with high-quality children’s behavioral health and family services. Both KVC Missouri and Great Circle are fully accredited and partner closely with many state, regional, and national coalitions to advance child and family well-being.
