LHC Group & Capital Regional Medical Center Joint Venture Acquire Health Hospice Assets From SSM Health

Joint venture partners LHC Group, Inc. and Capital Region Medical Center (CRMC) have agreed to purchase two home health agencies and one hospice agency from SSM health. One health agency and the hospice agency are in Mexico, Missouri, and one health agency is located in Jefferson City, Missouri.

The purchase agreement is expected to be completed by June 1, 2019. The projected revenue of the joint venture, according to LHC, is approximately $5 million.
