LogistiCare Enters Into Agreement To Acquire Circulation

LogistiCare, LLC (LogistiCare), the largest subsidiary of the Providence Service Corporation, recently announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Circulation. Circulation provides a digital platform to coordinate convenient and reliable non-emergency transportation for all areas of health care.

LogistiCare anticipates that the purchase will help advance its mission of reducing transportation as a barrier to health care.
