Loudon County Incident Alert Due To Child Death Attributed To Physical Restraint
Kim Sanders, a nationally known behavioral health specialist and President of Ukeru Systems, spoke out recently regarding the recent arrest of a health care center employee charged in the death of a juvenile patient at North Spring Behavioral Healthcare in Virginia’s Loudon County. A new investigation concludes that the child died from “positional asphyxiation,” caused by being physically restrained.
