Lyra Health Raises $235 Million, Will Fuel International Expansion

Lyra Health, which provides workforce mental health solutions for employers, completed a $235 million funding round. With the new funding, Lyra will accelerate its delivery of comprehensive, evidence-based, culturally responsive mental health care benefits for employees and their families around the world. Dragoneer led the round and was joined by new investor Salesforce Ventures along with existing investor Coatue.

Additionally, Lyra also recently acquired ICAS World, an employee assistance program provider organization with operations in more than 155 countries and 66 languages. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition builds on an existing partnership between the two companies.
