Mave Health Raises $2.1 Million To Launch Consumer Brain Stimulation Headset
Mave Health, a neurotechnology company, raised $2.1 million in seed funding to support the launch of its consumer brain stimulation headset. The round was led by Blume Ventures, with participation from Stanford Angels, Dhaval Shroff, Raymond Russell, and other investors.
The Mave headset delivers low-intensity, non-invasive transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) targeting the prefrontal cortex, a region associated with attention, emotional regulation, and stress response. The device is designed for daily use, with sessions lasting approximately 20 minutes. A companion app allows users to log sessions, personalize use, and track progress.
