McCready Health Opens New Behavioral Health Center

Maryland-based health network McCready Health (McCready) recently announced it is opening a new behavioral health center. The center, which will be the first of its kind in Somerset County, Maryland, will help meet the local need for addiction disorder and mental health counseling.

The new center will see McCready adding behavioral health services to its previously existing addiction disorder services, which were first added about a year and a half ago. Additionally, the center will double the department’s existing space, allowing the creation of rooms for private counseling, a group meeting room, and space for family counseling.
