Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute Receives $20 Million From Maureen & Jim Hackett

Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute (MMHPI) recently received a $20 million donation to help Harris county and the surrounding region better treat consumers with mental health needs. In honor of Maureen and Jim Hackett – the donators – MMHPI plans to create The Hackett Center for Mental Health in Houston, which will initially focus on Hurricane Harvey recovery.

The Hackett Center for Mental Health in Houston will seek to accomplish the following:

Maintaining continuous focus on local system collaboration and capacity enhancement
