Medici Acquires Telemedicine Startup Chiron Health

Medical messaging organization Medici recently acquired Austin, Texas-based telehealth organization Chiron Health (Chiron). The transaction marks the second purchase for Medici in recent history, as it acquired DocbookMD in November 2018.

With the purchase of Chiron, Medici has access to facilitate medical video visits via Chiron’s telehealth platform. Medici plans to integrate Chiron’s services and team into its current system, which expand the suite of services the organization offers.
